OEEROO is an online home décor retailer offering wall décor, painting art, lights, sculptures and crafts, and vases. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products, availability and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, materials and prices. Colours and measurements may vary slightly due to displays, photography or manufacturing. Packaging and availability may change.

Prices and products may change. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and other costs are shown at checkout where applicable. If a significant listing or pricing error occurs, we may contact you or cancel the affected order and refund payment received.

Orders, payments and cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order request; it does not necessarily accept the order for fulfilment. We may cancel or decline an order when payment fails, products are unavailable, details are incomplete, fraud is suspected, a significant error exists, or required by law.

Payments are processed through the secure methods available at checkout. Third-party payment providers operate under their own terms. Contact us quickly to request cancellation; once an order has shipped, it may instead be handled under the returns policy.

Shipping, delivery and customs

OEEROO sources selected products from suppliers and manufacturers worldwide. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners according to product availability and destination. OEEROO does not claim to manufacture the products sold, and shipping origin may vary by item.

Orders are generally prepared within 0–1 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–14 business days depending on destination, product availability and shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other destination charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns policy. Please review that policy before purchase and contact us before returning a product.
